Cobra Tram Uniden Realistic Freq Readout
I’m offering a frequency digital readout for your tired out 142. The value of your radio will actually increase when this option is added. Just think… no more road maps!! The freq read out is boldly displayed for all to see. It’s amazing! Just cut out a rectangular hole in the faceplate to fit the display bezel and install the module using the existing two lower speaker mounts. No holes to drill!
These are assembled and shipped in the USA! I personally guarantee each one of these modules will arrive in working order, and I am a Top Rated Seller for eBay. Simply choose your read out color, red or blue. There are only 3 wires to connect. The second picture (below) shows how the module is mounted in place. The control panel is pushed forward for the picture. Since this replaces your current speaker, an external speaker must be used after the installation of the frequency counter.
I painted the display bezel (tan) for photographic purposes. It comes in black, so it can be painted any color desired.
